WARNING - Some spoilers for SONIC '06 below.

Because I don't care what anyone says--it is not beastiality.

I was inspired to make this after a conversation with the other day, on the subject of Sonic and Elise. It's my first attempt at one of these stamp things; I've seen plenty around that I agree with, although I can't use them myself, due to a lack of subscription. After having a hunt around, I realised there was an Elise stamp, but none for Sonic and Elise.

I've been a fan of Sonic x Elise since SONIC '06 came out, and I was sad to see how many people were against them. The main reason for this seems to be because it's apparently immoral. Pfft, I say!

Let's compare Sonic to your average hedgehog; they're the same species, yes, but can you see any other major factors that they have in common? No? EXACTLY. I would say that Sonic has more human-like traits, than hedgehog ones.
Believe me, I would have a very different opinion if he was an average animal.
Also, something else I said to Poridet was that Shadow's story backs up this fact, in a way. Some of the NPCs admitted to being attracted to Rouge, and I can't see anyone being so open about that, if it were something taboo. So to me, it's obvious that in the Sonic verse, anthro/human relationships aren't anything to get upset over. I don't see why it should be either, since none of the characters are average animals.

Don't get me wrong, I respect others' opinions, as long as they respect mine. I get sick of seeing flaming, especially against my favourite characters. I don't care what anyone supports... there's NO need to resort to that.

Me, I support Sonic x Elise because I loved the way they interacted with each other. Elise really brought out a side of Sonic we don't often see. For someone who doesn't usually show much emotion, he was absolutely devastated when the Battleship crashed. For someone usually so confident, he certainly acted slightly nervous/embarrassed, in some scenes where Elise was tending to him (such as when she bandaged up his arm, and when she thanked him just before they entered the jungle).
It works the other way too. I thought it was incredibly sweet, how Sonic could instantly cheer Elise up by simply telling her to smile, for example.

I could ramble on all night about why I love them so much, but I won't. You're all spared from it for now. *waves her SonLise flag and walks off*
